Role Overview:
Leidos Innovations UK Ltd is seeking a UK-based Quality Engineering & Control Coordinator (QE&C) who is a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
The role will be home-based with possible travel required.
Reporting to the UK QE&C Manager, the QE&C Coordinator will oversee the UK QE&C function activities ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will also receive training to perform internal audits with a view to becoming a qualified Internal Auditor and coached on all the below tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities: The QE&C Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Coordinating Audits using the Audit System.
- Coordinating the UK QE&C team including administration activities
- Assist the UK QE&C team in ensuring audit reports are submitted on time
- Track and chase Actions on the Audit system
- Track and chase reviews, as required, on the Integrated Management System
- Maintaining QE&C requirement database(s)
- Support of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and annual review of QAP’s
- Supports Quality Control (QC) activities, as required
- Provides support to the UK QE&C Manager
- Provides support for reporting performance standards summary of the Monthly Operating Report
- Supports root-cause analysis and improvement activities
- Works closely with the Programme Manager, management team, and quality team to identify quality issues and resolutions and develop and review corrective action plans
- Providing training and awareness of the QMS to programme staff
- Always follow and promote Group and Company policies and procedures

Skills Required:
- Experience of coordinating teams
- Administration Experience
- Willingness to learn and train for Internal Auditing on ISO standards
- Microsoft Office experience
- Good verbal and written skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- UK citizenship
Clearance Requirements:
- Clearance to Start BPSS
- Clearance for Role SC
