Logistics Administrator

Programme Name: LCST

Location: Hybrid working, with the expectation of travel to key office locations to support meetings; Bristol & Donnington (frequency – at least once a week)

The Role:

We are in search of a Logistics Administrator person to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • SME for Inbound & Storage Logistics for TL
  • To collaborate with the DPs, to assure warehousing performance, capability & innovation.
  • Strategic capacity assurance, short term/long term priority
  • Provide Business intelligence of stock availability & trends analysis, including prioritisation activity
  • Workforce Planning, assurance and escalation across KN Warehousing areas of control
  • To identify all key SMEs and single point failures within warehousing and be the conduit for change and resilience 
  • Inbound compliance assurance and improvement plans 
  • Indoor Project Alignment for IS changes from TL
  • Monitoring and assuring Facilities and Maintenance (FM) effectiveness and strategy
  • CRM point of contact and information sharing for all ISL issues
  • Loan pool assurance of process, capability and service
  • iHUB legacy, CRISP, Serial Number Management and Legacy lead.  

Required Skills:

  • Automatous individual, able to work following direction and independently thereafter to achieve output
  • Bid writing and report writing and presentation skills are essential to deliver solution buy.
  • Able to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple strands of activity
  • Significant industry experience in global warehousing, WMS, Change management with B2B, B2C & Wholesale.
  • Expert and extensive supply chain knowledge, experience and change management through 3PL partners.
