Logistics Administrator
Programme Name: LCST
Location: Hybrid working, with the expectation of travel to key office locations to support meetings; Bristol & Donnington (frequency – at least once a week)

The Role:
We are in search of a Logistics Administrator person to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- SME for Inbound & Storage Logistics for TL
- To collaborate with the DPs, to assure warehousing performance, capability & innovation.
- Strategic capacity assurance, short term/long term priority
- Provide Business intelligence of stock availability & trends analysis, including prioritisation activity
- Workforce Planning, assurance and escalation across KN Warehousing areas of control
- To identify all key SMEs and single point failures within warehousing and be the conduit for change and resilience
- Inbound compliance assurance and improvement plans
- Indoor Project Alignment for IS changes from TL
- Monitoring and assuring Facilities and Maintenance (FM) effectiveness and strategy
- CRM point of contact and information sharing for all ISL issues
- Loan pool assurance of process, capability and service
- iHUB legacy, CRISP, Serial Number Management and Legacy lead.
Required Skills:
- Automatous individual, able to work following direction and independently thereafter to achieve output
- Bid writing and report writing and presentation skills are essential to deliver solution buy.
- Able to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple strands of activity
- Significant industry experience in global warehousing, WMS, Change management with B2B, B2C & Wholesale.
- Expert and extensive supply chain knowledge, experience and change management through 3PL partners.

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).
