Description
Receiving Inspection:
• Work with receiving team on expediting HOT items
• Scan all receiving inspection documentation into the system
• Load all FAIs and supporting documentation into system
Lead MRB meetings
Manage NCMR
• Update NCMR
• Define root cause
• Coordinate with buyers/supplier when RTVing parts
Support Manufacturing Engineers during problem investigations / dimensional fit checks
Support Quality Engineers on NCMRs / Root Cause Corrective Action activities
Support production
Process improvement on RI and NCMR process
Coordinate with Planner/Production on rework material
Support Program Manager
Work with Buyers to get parts expedited for rework orders
Improve supplier relations and responsiveness
Support FATs with QE when needed.
Support with resolving QIT issues
Support Internal Audits (as required)
Assist with work instructions and the process flow of Receiving Inspection/NCMRs/MRB.
