Permanent. Salary from £25k to £35k depending on experience.
Based from our office in Kempston, with occasional travel to customer sites

We have recently won some major projects within the UK and overseas and as a result, we are seeking a Project Administrator / Coordinator to support a multi-functional project management team in delivering work packages for our prestigious automotive customers.

The Role
You’ll assist project managers in the development of project management documents including project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
You’re a whizz with admin tasks, you’ll generate weekly project management reports and reviews, liaise with Purchasing for project procurement progress and coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time. You'll also schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
You’re super organised, passing on tasks to team members and communicate their project milestones, deliverables and financial implications. You’ll be the support between the project team and business for reporting KPI’s and Revenue, help project managers monitor project progress and foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
Ideally you have some experience coordinating projects within a manufacturer, engineering or automation company, with the capability to coordinate others and drive tasks to completion.
You’re a great communicator, coordinating internal and external parties, working with customers and suppliers. You’ll be involved in preparing and delivery project updates and reports.
About you
Experienced in coordinating projects or task work packages, ideally in the Automotive sector but we would encourage applicants from all engineering/ manufacturing/ automation backgrounds
General Knowledge of project management with an understanding of cross-site and enterprise level project management principles
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Excellent in organising and prioritising multiple projects and detailed reporting
Able to conduct efficient, organized systems processing and analysis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Excellent communication skills – able to gather and present information to relevant stakeholders both verbally and in writing. Prepare and present reports, communicating issues and manage upwards.
Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to obtain and maintain BPSS clearance.
