What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide and enable integrated ISR capabilities through advanced multi-source intelligence analysis and training.

  • Engage in complex technical research, analysis, interpretation, and assessments in support of current and emerging capabilities acquisition.

  • Utilize your mastery of multiple intelligence disciplines to coordinate, monitor, and evaluate research, meeting a broad range of customer requirements.

  • Develop and deliver training materials, ensuring comprehensive support throughout all stages of training development.

  • Mentor junior analysts, offering one-on-one feedback during on-the-job training, while instilling excellence in analysis tools and techniques.

  • Advise senior functional authorities on matters concerning analysis, production, and strategy, ensuring innovative, actionable solutions.

  • Maintain liaison activities and collaborate with mission partners and customers, ensuring satisfaction and value-driven products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record with a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

  • Current TS/SCI with polygraph—a must-have from day one.

  • Expertise in conducting challenging research, identifying gaps, and providing detailed requirement assessments using appropriate systems and data sources.

  • Familiarity with Air Force organizational structure, DOD operations, and the role of national agencies.

  • Experience in military training programs, including Initial and Mission Qualification, Continuation Training, Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and more.

  • Russian language skills to further enhance analysis capabilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and presentation of findings to diverse audiences.
