Job Description:
The Hospital Construction Program Manager shall be responsible to the client for the management of the acquisition and construction processes of the Hospital works to ensure certification by the Joint Commission. The position will interface daily with the 48 FW PMO, AFCEC and the medical community be located on RAF Lakenheath.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience in managing hospital construction projects including projects of $250M or more.
Must have experience in the Joint Commission process to include both US and UK medical facility requirements.
It is desirable, but not mandatory, that the individual to possess a Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional certification.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
