We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator based in our Whiteley Office. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate must have or be eligible for Security Checked Clearance.

The Contracts Administrator reports directly to the Head of Contracts and assists the Contracts Manager and Head of Contracts with contract execution duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports Contracts Manager and head of contracts with contractual administration tasks such as the Contracts system, IBRB, Fusion Tool
  • Prepare NDAs for new starts and maintains register
  • Assist with administration of compliance with all contract terms and conditions and supporting schedules
  • Assists with flow down of terms and conditions from Prime Contracts to Subcontract agreements
  • Assist the Contracts Manager with preparation of contract change proposals
  • Assist with preparation of international trade compliance reporting
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for the project.
  • Process purchase orders for the company
  • Establish and maintain Customer relationships, acting as back up to Customer meetings where necessary in the absence of the Contract Manager or Head of Contracts
  • Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the customer commercial/contracts team
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other Leidos members
  • Must be a hands-on team player
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communications and problem resolution skills with a collaborative, win-win approach
  • Must take an active role in the performance of the contract and proactively working to identify risks, issues and opportunities
  • Comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both internally, with technical staff, peers, and management as well as externally, with customers, and others

  • Experience with Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential
