Role Overview
A T3 Infrastructure Engineer is competent in across a number of core infrastructure and cloud technologies, their application and management. Duties include providing remote and site support services as well as assisting in the design and implementation of new infrastructure or cloud services and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and best practice. An Engineer may technically lead small projects and contribute individually to larger projects, programmes of work or bid/proposal activities.

Some experience - Cloud (Azure & AWS)
Some experience - Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ASA
Some experience - Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Experience & Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 – 8 years of relevant experience, a Masters with 2 – 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• AWS Certified Architect - Associate
• Cisco CCNA
