Due to Business growth we are looking for an exceptional candidate to perform the role of AWS SysOps (Cloud) Engineer.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for innovative design and implementation of enterprise cloud computing infrastructure and platforms
Provide support and advice to operational infrastructure teams to enable efficient operation and problem resolution of customer infrastructures
Define, create, maintain, and enhance systems procedures and documentation to ensure the customer solutions and systems are fully documented
Support design and implementation of cloud infrastructures to ensure successful delivery of industry leading solutions
Provide technical advice over the creation of infrastructure project proposals in technical review meetings and for presentation to customers to guarantee best practice and ensure profitable delivery
Partner with our internal authorities to ensure developed solutions adhere to established best practises and our architectural target state
Adhere to key engineering best practices, supporting team members to improve quality, efficiency and reliability of deliverables
What will you bring?
Strong knowledge and demonstratable experience of designing and implementing solutions using; AWS with RHEL, Terraform, Ansible.
Appreciation of ITIL and Service Management;
Appreciation of Project lifecycles and methodologies (agile, scrum, Kanban, lean, xp, waterfall PRINCE2 and PMBOK);
Experience of SecDevOps culture
Experience in deploying third party and Cloud native services, leveraging PaaS services to deliver best practice monitoring and management.
Implementing for both CI/CD infrastructure pipelines and traditional Design, Build, Operate
Producing documents for Agile delivery
