Knowledge Manager for our Leidos Innovations division based in Worcester.
Knowledge Manager will be supporting the capture, codification and storage of knowledge articles, work instructions and procedures associated with the delivery of support to the project and associated systems and technologies. This does not require someone who can design and build processes more someone who can work within an existing process. Ability and experience of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing these where authorized.
Knowledge Manager will own and manage the library of knowledge articles and working instructions on behalf of the end customer and the Service Delivery manager, and will be responsible for tracking document currency, refresh cycles, the need for new items and the utilisation of the existing items to help ensure that the repository remains useful.

Knowledge Manager will require the following skills :
Sharepoint 2010-2019 admin
Experience in the development and management of technical documentation
Experience in Knowledge Mgmt using IT Service Mgmt tooling (not a specific tool)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
