Are you ready for your next career challenge?

ServiceNow Engineer required to support ongoing development of Service Now instance that supports Leidos’ clients. Working with small team of administrators.

There will also be opportunities to work on Leidos projects. Service Now is a key technology for Leidos and will provide great scope for learning and advancement

Duties include:

  • Managing multiple ServiceNow instances

  • Leading development of new functionality and integrations

  • Configuration

  • Routine maintenance

  • Routine ServiceNow updates

  • Onboarding/Offboarding of customers (including customization)

  • Investigating issues with the Service Now instance

  • Mentoring junior staff

Skills required

  • Good experience using the ServiceNow platform – qualifications are not required but would be a plus

  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript

  • Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, REST and CSS

  • Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts

  • Knowledge of integrating email with Service Now

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of ITIL processes would be a bonus.
