SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing reception cover in a professional manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Technical
Answering and transferring calls
Manage the reception email In-box
Ensure sign-in and security procedures are correctly followed
Time Management
Ensure processes and procedures are carried out to deliver an effective reception service
Communication
Meet and greet all visitors
Answering and vetting all incoming calls & logging them
Taking messages and forward on to revelant person
Team Working
Must job share holidays/sickness at short notice and also be flexible
Cross Functional Working
Responsible for room bookings – maintaining diary for rooms & equipment
Monitor emails – forward as necessary
Open & distribute incoming mail; frank outgoing mail.
Organise refreshments/lunches as required
Keeping clean reception area & tidy at all times
Collating reports for dept when required using excel & word
Assisting Admin tasks
Health & Safety
Always follow and promote Group and Company policies and procedures
Ensure sign in and security procedures are followed correctly
Monitor of car parking

Experience
Demonstrable experience of successfully working in a busy Reception/Admin role
Previous experience in a similar working environment
Qualifications
Good basic of English & Math's
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
